You can exercise your right of withdrawal at the following email address: <strong>customercare@iglabyv.com.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The 14-day period begins on the day after the order is delivered. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.<\/p>\n<p>We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not respect the aforementioned period of fourteen (14) days. No refund will be made in this case.<\/p>\n<p>However, if the item is returned to us, it will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.<\/p>\n<p>To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition with its label and in its original packaging, the item must not show any signs of wear, odor or other (unworn, unwashed and unstained).<\/p>\n<p>A conformity check will be carried out for each return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item and to inform you of the approval or refusal of your refund. If approved, your refund will then be processed.<\/p>\n<p>Return shipping costs are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you are granted a refund, these costs will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n<p>The refund will be made (return costs deducted as well as any customs fees), within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the item and all the elements allowing the refund to be implemented. This refund will be made by the same means of payment as that used to pay for the order.
